MYLOW
Sex/colour White with tan patches
D.O.B: 01.04.2008
Breed: Jack Russell Terrier
Came to AfG: May 2009
MYLOW came to AfG as a young active puppy approx 1 year of age.
Luckily we had a suitable foster home for him where he could have all
the time he required playing, exercising and continuing to socialise,
grow and develop with the company of two adult hounds, a rescued
Greyhound and a rescued Lurcher.
The adopters were live in managers of a pub with a huge enclosed garden,
so not only would Mylow have lots of freedom and the company of the
other hounds but to meet lots of pub customers, people, children and
other dogs.
Luckily Mylow had been well looked after, house trained, fully
vaccinated, free of any parasites and neutered ( a surprise in
comparison to the dogs AfG have always rescued).
Unfortunately now, with the family growing and Mylow now being an
active, inquisitive adolescent, the owners felt they could not give him
the time and care he needed.
So many people met and fell for little Mylow, so it was not long until
he found his forever home, with an active retired couple in a house with
a huge garden.
Also Mylow went on to have so many new adventures traveling on holidays
in the camper van, especially enjoying various beaches and swims in the sea.
It is sometimes the case, when people purchase puppies, once they are
past the cute cuddly stage and sleeping most of the time, the novelty
value quickly wares off, once they grow into active dogs who constantly
require more stimulation and exercise.
