BOBBY (was already named by previous rescuer).
We were contacted by a young mother who had acquired Bobby, a young
black un neutered male Greyhound from a Yarmouth Greyhound
breeder/owner/trainer Irene Barnard.
The young woman was hoping to pick up a small fawn female Greyhound but
instead Barnard decided to offloaded a large, young male Greyhound who
she claimed was no good for racing.
The young woman had agreed to take Bobby instead, only for the reason he
was in such bad condition.
After six months of caring for this neglected Greyhound, including him
being treated for mange later neutered and bringing up to good health
with proper care, she sadly had to make the decision to find a new home
for him, as her circumstances had changed, meaning she had to leave
Bobby for longer hours and he started suffering from separation anxiety,
she feared his condition would deteriorate.
We already had a suitable foster home for Bobby, with other rescued
Greyhounds.
His foster carer kindly offered to pick Bobby up.
Bobby was thrilled to meet the other Greyhounds at his foster home and
quickly settled in with them.
With the company of the other hounds in the home and a large garden to
explore, Bobby settled in very happily.
Such a big gentle affectionate Greyhound, his foster carer could not
resist adopting him.
So dear Bobby was able to settle into his great new secure home.

We already had a suitable foster home for Bobby where he would have the
company of other rescued greyhounds in the home.
His foster carer kindly agreed to pick Bobby up from the young woman.
Bobby was so happy to have a large garden and comany of the other
resident Greyhounds.
Bobbys foster carer quickly became very attached to this big gentle
Greyhound and decided to adopt him.
